Fast efficient friendly staff at all stages. Would have liked to be told upfront the costs of a combined eye test with lens check as was t aware that there was a difference!

Only had to wait a few minutes, first time in years an optician as said my eye sight has not changed but happily checked my current glasses and put in new pads, tightened them, check they fitted properly and gave them a good clean - at no extra cost. Couldn't ask for better service.

I had received a reminder for my eye test and had just started having problems, so I made an appointment online easily. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the test was very thorough and the optometrist put my mind at ease that I didn't have a serious problem.
